All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been packed and taken to the Gympie Post Office for processing. All effort is given to have your order at the post office prior to the daily cut off times for that days processing. Due to the regional location, orders may processed again at a larger facility. Delays are rare but may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout by the third party app of Australia Post. Due to our regional location, Australia Post rates may be higher then what you expect. Additional charges are applied by Australia Post to postage on items that are being sent from our regional location, and again if the delivery address is located in a regional or rural area.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within a specified radious of our store. This option will be available at the checkout is the delivery address falls within that area.
Deliveries are made from our store by a member of our staff. Subject to availability, this may occur during business hours, our may have to occur after 5pm, subject to the availability of staff on that day. We will contact you via the phone number you provided during checkout to arrange a time that suits both the store and the customer, or a safe place to leave the parcel
You can skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup at 39 Hyne St, Gympie, Queensland, 4570. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day. We will phone you on the number you provided at the checkout, when your order is ready along with instructions. If your order is urgent, please phone the store during business hours, so we can attend to your order is quickly as possible.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 am to 5pm on weekdays, and 9:30am to 1:30pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We are unable to offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. When booking your order with Australia Post, we request your tracking be provided to you by Australia Post. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mail@campingoutdoors.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please keep all the packaging that your item was packed in. Your shipping charge covers Australia Post insurance for damage. We are unable to assist with this process. Australia Post requires the customer to present at their local Australia Post Store with the item, sales receipt and all packaging to allow an Australia Post representave to determine if the item has been packaged appropriately. If it is determined that we packaged your item well, and damaged occured due to shipping processes, Australia Post insurance will cover the damages. Please see Australia Post website to learn more.
