USE & CARE

• Hold the wooden handle with one hand and push down on the top of the blade with the other, keeping fingers safely away from the blade.
• Crinkle Cutting - after the first cut, turn the vegetable over and slice thinly again. Repeat this procedure after each cut.
• Waffle Cutting - after the first cut, half-turn the vegetable over and then slice again.
